What each query proves
4471
A load number reaches the shipment, the people on it, the order riding on it, and every message about it.
acme
A customer name pulls two loads, two orders and the message that told them about the damage — none of which share an ID.
crushed
One word from one message finds the load it broke. This is the claims search.
detained
Detention, found by the word a driver actually typed. Nobody logged it as an event.
A chat app can search its own messages, and that is the ceiling. It has no idea what a load is, so it can never answer with the shipment, the driver on it or the order riding on it. Matching here is deliberately plain — every record carries the words a dispatcher would type, and all query tokens must hit. In a real build this is Postgres full-text or Typesense and an afternoon; the part worth prototyping was the shape of the answer, not the retrieval.
